The location of the hotel is perfect for guests with disabilities. It is conveniently located in the CBD, close to public transportation, shops, and popular attractions such as the Royal Botanic Garden, Government House, Opera House.
Felt great, no complaints at all.

Great value for the money, clean room with a comfortable bed. Convenient location near the train station and walking distance to the town, harbour, and opera house. The communal kitchen and lounge room were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The location was very convenient to the harbour and ferries.
No elevator ... you had to climb up 2 flights of stairs to check in, then climb another 2 flights up to your room. In our bathroom, the main door would not easily close and had to be dragged across the floor to close it. One day, our cold water had been turned off because the shower head was leaking but no one advised us before we stepped into the shower ... we were lucky not to get scalded.

Its location was great for us who did things around the harbour and CBD.Surprisingly quiet.
Definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. Much more like a hostel in every way. Reception staff were varied in quality. The first one brilliant, helpful and courteous, the second less than helpful spending too much time on her cell phone to be of help to clients and the third one quite satisfactory but ordinary. Our TV did not work and despite telling reception it was not fixed.Inspite of being told the fromt door would be closed at 10p.m. for security reasons when we returned at past 11p.m. it was still propped open!

This hotel is strategically placed close to main attractions, making it perfect for both business and tourist activities. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were cozy, with comfy beds and a great shower that provided a refreshing start to the day. Additionally, the location outside of the train station made it convenient for exploring the city.
No improvement needed; all was satisfactory.

We had to lug two large cases up two lots of stairs after a 11 hour flight. There was no reverse cycle air conditioner in the room - or anything of any type that we could see. The bed seemed to be a very old uncomfortable mattress.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail with the decor from the 50's. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and provided great value for money.
All was satisfactory during our stay.

Location
There was no advice that there was no lift at the hotel - until the booking receipt conditions page. It would be helpful if it was made clear on the website that there are at least 2 or 3 steep flights of stairs to reach the rooms and that the hotel may be unsuitable for older or unfit people. It may be too difficult to haul cases up the stairs to their rooms. It spoilt our trip to some extent.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay
During my recent visit to Sydney, I had the pleasure of staying at a well-located accommodation. The hotel was situated just a stone's throw away from a major train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the bustling city. Additionally, the hotel provided a cozy and comfortable room that fulfilled all my basic needs. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi and a coffee tray. Although the room size was compact, it was understandable given the budget-friendly nature of the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I found the bed to be quite comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day of exploring the city. I must admit, there were a few minor inconveniences such as the lack of elevator, but they did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Sydney.

Best location in Sydney! Excellent price! Obviously the hotel is not 5stars but there is running hot water, air conditioning, comfy bed and a TV that works so what more else could you want? This is truly a great location- so close to everything and the price makes it perfect for young couples.
